Swiss Post e-voting certified for 50 percent of voters 21.08.17
Swiss Post’s e-voting service has been certified for use by up to 50 percent of voters.
Gaining approval for up to 50 percent of voters throughout the Swiss cantons for the electronic election and voting channel is a first for the country. Until recently, the solutions approved in Switzerland were authorized for only 30 percent of the electorate. Swiss Post can also announce that the canton of Thurgau became the fourth canton to choose the Swiss Post e-voting solution.
