Two events on e-voting in the autumn 22.10.17
Two exciting events on the subject of e-voting will be held in the autumn. On one hand, the “Second International Joint Conference on Electronic Voting”, or E-VOTE-ID 2017, will take place from 24 to 27 October 2017 in Bregenz, Austria, on Lake Constance.
One of the main objectives of the event is to provide a forum for interdisciplinary and open discussion on all issues related to electronic voting. Accordingly, experts from science, politics and business will contribute their points of view. Further information can be found here.
On the other hand, the Forum E-Voting will take place in Zurich on 31 October 2017. It is organized by Swiss Post. Both the programme and the speakers were chosen with a view to ensuring the greatest possible impartiality in order to provide an independent platform for the topic. The aim of the event is to address the various aspects (population, cantons, Confederation) of the development of e-voting and to offer participants a 360° view of the topic.
